Hotel Kämp’s concierge services are available 24 hours a day. The concierge staff assist with any personal requests during your stay, from making travel arrangements and restaurant bookings to suggesting sightseeing tours, shopping areas, theaters, and museums.

Turndown service is performed every evening in all hotel rooms by our Housekeeping. Turndown service prepares your room for the night: curtains are closed, the bed is opened up, trash cans are emptied, and fresh towels are brought to your room.
The refurbishment project at Hotel Kämp will extend to the Hotel parking , making it unavailable. We recommend using Europark Kluuvi, with entrances at Fabianinkatu 27 and Puutarhakatu 1. Daily parking can be added to your room bill – please provide your license plate number upon check-in.

Hotel Kämp offers laundry services for in house guests including laundry, dry cleaning and pressing. When the pick up has been arranged before 8:30 am, you will receive your clothes same day by 6 pm. Laundry service is available from Monday to Saturday.
