Kämp Spa Unveils a New Concept for Modern Wellbeing

Kämp Hotel 06, July 2026

Located within Hotel Kämp, the new Kämp Spa is a contemporary wellbeing destination rooted in Finnish heritage and shaped by modern, purpose-driven practices. Reflecting the legacy of Helsinki’s most iconic hotel, the spa combines historic elegance with a refined and personalised approach to wellbeing.

Spanning 1,200 sqm, Kämp Spa offers a holistic approach to recovery, vitality and long-term health. Designed around the individual, the concept blends timeless Nordic rituals with evidence-based wellness practices, creating experiences that support both body and mind.

More than a traditional spa, Kämp Spa represents a new way of experiencing wellbeing where recovery, performance and everyday rituals come together in an elegant, welcoming environment. Guests can enjoy traditional Finnish, steam and infrared saunas, a pool and cold plunge pool, and signature spa treatments, complemented by cryotherapy, Neurosonic beds, compression therapy, purpose-driven nutrition, functional beverages, and personalized wellness experiences. The Spa menu features in-house crafted collagen ice cream alongside Kämp Spa Signature mocktails and cocktails, including one uniquely served in a cup resembling a traditional Finnish sauna bucket (löylykiulu), as examples of how wellbeing extends beyond treatments into every aspect of the guest experience.

Another defining feature of the new concept is the Kämp Spa Members’ Club, an exclusive community with a limited number of memberships. Designed for those who see wellbeing as an integral part of everyday life, the club offers year-round access to premium facilities and to Technogym-equipped gym, personalised guidance and a refined setting where recovery, vitality and connection become lasting rituals.
