If the weather is questionable on the day of your flight, you may cancel your booking for the flight at any time and get a full refund for the flight costs and ground transportation to the hotel. This happens extremely rarely and normally we can predict the weather 24h in advance. The hotel reservation can be cancelled with a full refund 24 h prior to the reservation. Helsinki Citycopter mainly operates from Helsinki Business Flight Center / VIP-terminal at Liikelentotie 8. In addition, we are always happy to arrange our flights to depart from various locations in Helsinki or elsewhere in Finland. When a safe landing space cannot be found within a walking distance of your departure address or destination, we offer high end ground transportation services to and from the helicopter.
