Notice customers arriving by car
New Automated Bollard System at Kluuvikatu. Helsinki City has installed automatic bollard system to Kluuvikatu in order to reduce traffic on the street. The system operates automatically from 05 am to 11 am  when driving from Pohjoisesplanadi to Kluuvikatu.
If you arrive to the hotel with your vehicle between 11 am to 05 am, please contact the front desk tel +358 9 576 111 and we will open the gate and drive your vehicle to the garage for you. When driving away from Kluuvikatu, the bollard system activates automatically. You are most warmly welcome!
